How To Use Subliminal Messages to Improve Your Golf Game

Sunday, February 8th, 2009

It is said that the game of golf is 90% mental, so learning to control the inner game of golf is essential. Many golfers struggle for years until they learn how to use mental golf training techniques to their advantage. So don’t spend any more money on the latest golf driver, golf training aid, or lessons until you know how to implement the mental game of golf.

What do subliminal messages have to do with golf, you may think? Well, Tiger Woods has used Subliminal Affirmations since the age of 13. Also, most of the top PGA professionals use powerful mental techniques – it is what separates the top 5% of golfers from the recreational golfer.

What are Subliminal Affirmations?

The way this technique works is that the (audio) messages go straight into your unconscious mind and bypass your conscious mind. Our unconscious mind controls our behavior and habits.

Your mind is sometimes filled with negative garbage that tells you that you can’t do this or that, and it is persistently putting you down. But, since these affirmations are subliminal, they bypass your conscious mind and go straight into your unconscious mind, where there is no resistance.

Your brain will then pick up any messages that get through to it, and immediately use them to construct new thought patterns and behaviors. Subliminal affirmations for golfers make the complex movements of the golf swing become a natural action, just like driving an auto. Once your unconscious mind is trained properly, your golf game will work on autopilot – so you don’t have to think about it.

Powerful Subliminal Affirmations

Subliminal techniques were used in advertising? They were so powerful and effective that they have in fact now been banned. There are also subliminal programs that you listen to before going to bed that make you sleep deeply all night long and others that put you through a complete sleep cycle in only 20 minutes.

Other audio programs use subliminal messages to help you with business success, self confidence, relationship building, or love life. They are powerful and proved techniques – but as a golfer, you almost certainly want to know how these techniques can help you improve your golf game.

Amazing Golf Mind

A new mental golf program called Amazing Golf Mind Audio Program can indeed help you take your golf game to the next level. All you have to do is listen to this program for just 20 minutes before going to bed, three to four times a week, and your golf game will improve and you will lower your scores – all without practicing! Traditionally, learning the mental game of golf techniques was not easy, but with the audio program from The Amazing Golf Mind it is easy as falling off a push-bike!

Understanding The Inner Game Of Golf

Friday, January 16th, 2009

As recreational golfers, we are always striving to better our golf game. It is a continual battle for improvement that seams never ending. Even the professional golfers are constantly working on their game. It shows you how difficult golf can be when you see even the pros struggling to maintain a constant playing level.

Why is it that only about 5% of all the golfers in the World can break 70? What is it that those golfers have that we have not got? According to golf manufacturers and their advertising claims, we need the same expensive golf equipment that the pros use to play to their level.

That obviously is marketing hype, as you can now pick up the same driver that a PGA star used last year for under $200. So, many of us do have technologically advanced clubs and golf balls that the pros use; why are we still unable to break 70 or even 80?

30 years ago 25% of golfers broke 90 and today that number has only risen to 28%. Billions have been spent on developing new technologically advanced golf clubs and balls. Millions have also been spent by advertisers trying to push these products down our throats.

Today, we can buy clubs that are easier to play, are more forgiving, cavity back and wide sole irons, plus golf balls that can fly a mile in a straight line. And yet the vast bulk of golfers are still struggling to break the 90 barrier! Obviously a great golf game can not be bought; not even with the hundreds of new golf training aids, golf swing guides, or modern instruction methods.

The top 5% of golfers know something that we don’t. It appears that that “thing” that they possess is mastery of the Mental Game of Golf. That is the missing ingredient that can promote the quickest and most lasting change in any golfer’s game. It is interesting to note that this is the only area that doesn’t cost a penny to use, however hardly anyone uses it.

The mental golf game: Using your mind in a calculated, methodical and focused way is the surest method of improving your game and lowering your scores. Mastering the Inner Game of Golf can do wonders for your game. But you have to understand how to implement the methods.

Once you do, you will have confidence in yourself and your game, have clear focus and mental toughness, be able to control your attention, cure your golf nerves and anxiety, and eliminate anger from your game – amongst other things.

Familiarity of the inner game of golf is what separates the top 5% of golfers from the rest of us weekend warriors. You have see it in action on the PGA Tour because all those guys have access to the same equipment, golf swing teachers, and putting gurus. The difference between them comes down to how well they master their mental game of golf during each tournament.

It is difficult for them to maintain high levels of concentration and focus, at their level with all the pressure, week after week and year after year. That is why even the likes of Tiger Woods can not win every major in a year or even dominate the majority of events in a season, every season.

But for weekend golfers like us, understanding and using mental golf techniques can have an immediate and long lasting positive affect on our playing level. It is the fastest way to take your game to the next level and lower your golf scores. If you would like more information on how to start, then read How to Learn the Mental Game of Golf.
